The submission of papers to the organising committee must be done online according to the following rules:

• An author cannot sign more than three papers and can only appear once as the first author.
• The papers must be submitted online, through conference e-mail (jle2020@ipb.pt). Each paper can only be submitted to one scientific area.
• Reception will be confirmed. The authors should not consider that the paper was accepted until they receive the corresponding confirmation.
• The papers can be presented in any of the official languages of the Conference: Spanish, Portuguese or English.
• The papers sent for review cannot, under any circumstance, include identification; those in which authors are identified will be excluded from the event. For that reason, the author must be sure the work does not contain any explicit or hidden identification, namely, in the file properties.
